RETURNS OF NON-FAULTY GOODS

All non faulty/ non damaged goods must be reported back to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of delivery, Any reports after this will not be accepted .
All goods must be returned complete and “as new” condition , if you have opened the box to examine the product you must of done so without damaging or marking the product and packaging , it must not have been used or installed, goods and packaging fitted and/or damaged by the customer will not be refunded , we will not cover goods/packaging or parts which are damaged or do not work properly owing to negligence in the use of wrong maintenance, wrong installation, intervention by an unqualified installer or for circumstances beyond one’s control.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, this is non refundable.
The seller under no circumstances will be liable to the buyer for any loss, damages, or remedial expenses whether or consequently arising from the goods supplied by the seller for any purpose.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will  notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item within 72 hours.
If your return is approved, you may request a replacement to the same value or we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the goods this will include your payment of the original postage costs.

FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCTS
