Before the process begins, we subject the component—whether a flush plate or another accessory—to a detailed examination. If necessary, we perform gentle disassembly. This process is suitable for key materials, including ABS plastic, polished stainless steel, polished aluminium, and chrome-plated metal.

Process Step 2: Deep Cleaning

Subsequently, after step 1, we comprehensively clean and de-grease the product. This essential step therefore prepares the surface for maximum adhesion. Furthermore, we administer a de-ionising treatment to remove any surface static or microscopic contaminants.

Colouring and Infusion

Process Step 3: Adhesion Primer Application

Immediately following the cleaning stage, we meticulously apply a specialised, translucent “etch” primer to the polished surface. This unique layer establishes a durable chemical bond, which prepares the surface for the subsequent colouring step.

Process Step 4: Dye Infusion

Next, using an advanced technique, we infuse special pigment dyes directly into the primed layer. The primer absorbs these pigments, permanently changing the product’s colour to the desired shade.

Finishing and Dispatch

Process Step 5: Precision Curing

After dye infusion, we carefully dry the finished product using a precisely controlled curing cycle. This cycle combines regulated low-level heat and infrared light. This monitored process guarantees a flawless, resilient, and enduring finish.

Process Step 6: Final Quality Assurance

Finally, where applicable, we re-assemble the component, and then conduct a thorough final quality review. We then securely package and prepare the customised product, such as the transformed flush plate, for return, showcasing a robust and elegant finish.
